For charities & fundraising
Keep your supporters connected to the cause between campaigns, not just during them.
Charities, fundraising teams, community causes. Fanzava builds a branded prediction league that runs alongside your fundraising calendar, gives your supporters a weekly reason to engage with your cause, and turns the gap between campaigns into something other than silence.

The challenge
You know this challenge.
The supporter who shows up for the campaign and disappears between them.
They give to the spring appeal, turn up for the summer event, give again at Christmas. The rest of the year the connection cools, and the next campaign has to do the work of re-engagement before it can do the work of fundraising.
The fundraising calendar that lives in peaks.
The spring appeal, the Christmas appeal, the annual event, an emergency campaign. The peaks work hard. The troughs in between are when supporter relationships quietly thin out, and there's no always-on layer to hold them.
The communications competing in a crowded inbox.
Campaign emails, event invitations, newsletters, supporter updates: your team does real work to stay in touch. The inbox is just very full, and the supporters you want to reach are the same ones every other cause is trying to reach.
What changes
What changes when a charity runs on Fanzava.
A weekly engagement layer that runs all season.
Prediction rounds give supporters a reason to engage with your cause every week, not just at campaign moments. Engagement that builds quietly between the peaks.
A channel your supporters actually open.
When the weekly predictions email is the one with the highest open rate, the campaign updates and event invitations you tuck inside it land where supporters are already paying attention.
Sponsor visibility built into the experience.
Sponsor logos and prize credits appear across leaderboards, round emails and prize tiles, giving sponsors something visible to fund and giving you a way to bring sponsor support to the engagement programme without taking it from your fundraising budget.

Due diligence
Questions charities ask.
Can sponsors fund the prizes to support our cause?
Yes, through an arrangement between you and your sponsors, with the platform giving them visible placement. Set up prizes from sponsors directly in your admin panel, and sponsor logos appear on prize tiles, leaderboards and round emails so they get the visibility their support has earned. The financial arrangement (whether sponsors fund the prize, donate value to the cause, or both) stays between you and the sponsor.
Can we tie prediction league participation into our supporter database?
Yes. The platform integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp and any standard webhook-receiving system: every signup, weekly engagement event, milestone and prize claim flows through to your supporter database in near real time.
Can we use the weekly emails for other appeals and event invitations?
Yes. Weekly emails support configurable announcement blocks, so you can tuck appeal updates, event invitations, supporter news or volunteer asks into the predictions email your supporters are already opening. The announcement sits alongside the predictions content; both arrive in the same email.
Do you have non-profit pricing?
Not as a standard offer. Start on Free, with no credit card. If your charity needs more than Free gives you, or you're running a major appeal, talk to our team and we'll work out what fits your supporter base.
