How it works
Choose the band that covers your field and the event at checkout, then pay once through Stripe, in Australian dollars. There is no subscription behind it and nothing renews.
The bracket goes up with its teams, seeds and a lock time just before the first match. Allow each participant up to five brackets if you want them backing more than one champion.
Before the lock, each participant picks a winner in every matchup all the way to the final. They can auto-fill with the favourites as a starting point and change any pick until the lock.
At the lock, picks freeze and the share of brackets backing each team becomes visible. That is where the talking points come from: the upset half the field called, and the champion pick out on its own.
Each result is recorded as its match is decided, the winner moves on, and every bracket is rescored. Participants hear by email when a round is scored, and once if their champion goes out.
Scoring
Later rounds are worth more. A correct pick is worth one point in round one, two in round two, and so on to the final, with a ten-point bonus on top for calling the champion. The bonus outweighs any single round, so a participant whose champion is still alive stays in it after a bad first round.
The leaderboard ranks each participant by their best bracket. Ties go to possible points remaining, then to the closest prediction of the final's total score, then to correct picks in the latest round and across the whole bracket.
That scoring shape is fixed today and cannot be changed from the hub. If your event needs a different one, talk to our team before it opens.
Pass or plan
A cup, a finals series on its own or a tournament: one bracket, paid once, with the same white label and prize administration as a Season Pass.
Same band prices, and it takes in the season and its finals. Brackets are included, so if you are running the season too, you don't need a Bracket Pass for the finals.
Several events a year, more than one sport, or features no pass carries, like your own domain from Pro. Brackets are on every paid plan from Starter.
The free bracket maker builds a seeded knockout bracket from a list of names, ready to print, with no signup. It draws the bracket; it doesn't run the competition.
Questions buyers ask
One standalone knockout bracket: a cup, the knockout stage of a tournament, or a finals series run on its own. The pass covers that one event, and the band sets how many participants can enter it.
Each result is recorded once its match is decided. The winner advances and every bracket is rescored automatically, so the leaderboard and each participant's possible points stay current as the event plays out.
Yes, up to five each if you allow it. The leaderboard ranks each person by their best bracket, and someone with three brackets still counts once against your band.
Not from the hub yet. Every bracket scores the round number in points for each correct pick, plus ten for the champion. If your event needs a different shape, talk to our team before it opens.
No. A hub holds one active pass at a time. A Season Pass already includes brackets, so if you are running the season too, that one pass covers the finals as well.
The hub goes on hold. The finished bracket, the leaderboard and your branding stay online and shareable, while new signups and new comps pause until you buy another pass or move to an annual plan.
Season Pass covers a full season and its finals for the same band price.
