How it works
Choose the band that covers the players you expect, then the sport, league and season in the signup wizard. Your pass runs for that season's own dates, set by its schedule, not for twelve months from the day you pay.
Checkout is a single payment through Stripe, by card, in Australian dollars. There is no subscription behind it and nothing renews.
Your logo and colours go on the hub, the Fanzava watermark comes off, and you share one link. Players join from their phone browser, with no app to install.
The schedule arrives from the sports data feed, every game locks at its own start time, and results score the leaderboard as they come in. Move up a band whenever the field outgrows the one you bought.
When the season window closes, the hub goes on hold: picks, signups and new pools stop, while your branding, final standings, history and shareable links stay online. Come back next season with a new pass, or move to an annual plan.
Pass or plan
Both carry full white label for the season. The difference is how long you play and how much you run.
One sport, one season, and a fair idea of how many people will play. You pay once, up front, and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.
More than one sport, pools that run back to back through the year, or features a pass doesn't carry: your own domain from Pro, CRM and chat integrations from Growth, and AI round recaps from Pro.
Year-round play, a second sport, a custom domain, email from your own domain, CRM and chat integrations, API access, AI round recaps, embedded dashboards, automated prize administration and the add-players slider all live on the annual plans.
Convert to any annual plan while your season is still running and the whole pass fee comes off the annual price. On the 100 band that means A$309 for the pass, then A$81 to reach Starter annual. The credit ends when the season window closes.
Questions buyers ask
It runs for the season you choose at checkout, from that season's start date to its end date, playoffs included. Buying early does not shorten it and buying late does not extend it, so a pass bought in week five still closes when the season does. A season whose dates have already passed can't be bought.
Move up a band at any point in the season. You pay the full difference between the two band prices, never a pro rata amount, so starting on a smaller band and moving up costs exactly what the bigger band would have cost up front.
No. It is a one-off payment with no subscription behind it. When the season window closes the hub goes on hold and nothing is charged. To play the next season you buy that season's pass, or move to an annual plan.
It holds, at no cost. Your branding, leaderboards, final standings, history and shareable links stay online, so last season's winner stays on the board. What stops is everything operational: picks, new signups, new pools and invitations. Hub admins keep access so they can buy the next season or move to a plan.
At the moment the season window closes. Convert to an annual plan before then and the full pass fee is credited against it. The hub owner gets an email in the two weeks before the window closes, while the credit still applies. Once the hub is on hold the credit is gone, and the next season is a fresh purchase.
No. A pass covers one sport's season, and a hub holds one active pass at a time. Brackets are already part of a Season Pass, so a playoff bracket needs no second pass. Two sports on one hub is an annual plan, from Starter.
By sport
Choose your sport to jump to its season, its weeks and its buyers' questions. The buttons there open signup with the sport already selected.
Pick every round of the AFL season, playoffs included, on your own branded hub.
One AFL Premiership season, the top league of Australian rules football, from the opening round in March through the playoffs (called the finals) to the Grand Final. The pass window follows that season's schedule, so buy before Round 1 and your players are in from the first game; buy mid-season and the window still closes after the Grand Final.
Eighteen clubs make a nine-game round when everyone plays, and the bye rounds carry fewer. The schedule comes through with the games that are actually on, so a lighter round is scored over the games played and nobody is asked to pick a game that isn't happening.
AFLW is a separate sport on Fanzava, with its own season and its own pass.
Pick the AFLW season and its playoffs on your own branded hub.
One AFLW season, the women's Australian rules league, from its opening round in August through a top-eight playoff series to the Grand Final in late November. The pass window follows that season's own schedule.
All eighteen clubs play every round, so every round is nine games and there are no byes to work around. It is a short season, which makes each round count for more of the final standings.
AFLW is its own sport on Fanzava rather than a league inside AFL, with its own schedule, its own default margin and its own pass.
Pick every round of the NRL season, playoffs included, on your own branded hub.
One NRL Premiership season, Australia's top rugby league competition, from round one in March through a top-eight playoff series to the Grand Final. The pass window follows that season's schedule, so the playoffs sit inside it whenever you buy.
An NRL round runs from Thursday to Sunday, and every game locks at its own kick-off. The State of Origin series arrives mid-season and takes representative players away from their clubs either side of each game.
One pass covers one competition. Running another sport beside the NRL, or two competitions at once, is a job for an annual plan.
Run a cricket season: pick the competition when you set your hub up.
One competition's season, chosen at checkout. For the Australian summer that means the Big Bash League: eight teams, played across December and January, with a game most nights rather than a round every weekend. Because the season crosses New Year, it is named across two years when you pick it.
A short playoff series follows the regular season, ending with the Final on Australia Day, and the pass window takes it in.
A Twenty20 game starts and finishes in one evening, so the leaderboard moves daily. Rain is part of any cricket summer: a game the feed marks cancelled or postponed is voided, so every pick on it scores nothing and none counts as wrong.
Run a soccer season: choose your league when you set your hub up.
One league's season, chosen at checkout: the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, the Bundesliga or Ligue 1. European league seasons run from August to May and are named across two years, so pick the season you are about to run. The pass window follows that season's own schedule, not twelve months from the day you pay.
Every club plays every other club home and away, and most matchweeks fall on a weekend with a handful played midweek. For a Canadian audience most kick-offs land in the morning or early afternoon, so each game locks at its own kick-off and reminders go out before the first lock of the matchweek.
One pass, one league. A hub that wants several leagues running at once needs an annual plan.
Pick the NFL season through to the playoffs on your own branded hub.
One NFL season, from the opening week in September through the playoffs to the Super Bowl in February. The pass window follows that season's own schedule, and the season is named for the year it starts, so the one that finishes in February carries the previous year's name at checkout.
Every week is a round: Thursday Night Football opens it, the Sunday slate carries most of the games, and Monday Night Football closes it. Bye weeks mid-season mean some weeks carry fewer games, and the schedule handles that for you.
Pick the NBA season on your own branded hub.
One NBA season, from opening night in October through the regular season, the play-in and the playoffs, to the Finals in June. The pass window follows that season's own schedule, and because the season crosses New Year it is named across two years at checkout.
Thirty teams play an 82-game schedule, so there are games most nights of the week, and most tip off in the evening across North American time zones.
The NBA Cup sits inside the regular season, and its group games count as regular-season games, so they arrive in your schedule with everything else. The All-Star break in February is the one week with nothing to pick.
Predict every race of the Formula 1 season on your own branded hub.
One Formula 1 World Championship season, race by race, from the opening Grand Prix in March to the final race late in the year, the Canadian Grand Prix in Montréal included. The pass window follows that season's own calendar, named by year at checkout.
There is no home team in Formula 1, so there is nothing to pick head to head. Each Grand Prix is a round of predictions instead, and results come from the data feed after the chequered flag, retirements included.
With eleven teams and twenty-two drivers on the grid, calling a podium takes a real read of form, and a single first-lap incident can reshape a whole round. F1 has no knockout playoffs, so the championship is the pool from the first race to the last.
Running a one-off knockout instead? Bracket Pass.
Year-round plans start at A$39/mo. Passes stay for the once-a-year crowd.
