For education

Turn the moments students and alumni already care about into a year-round engagement channel.

Universities, university sport departments, alumni relations teams. Fanzava builds a branded bracket and prediction league around the fixtures your community already follows, giving you a weekly reason to be in front of students, alumni, donors and supporters.

The challenge

You know this challenge.

The engagement that spikes and fades.

Cup finals, varsity matches, alumni weekends, major tournaments: your community is fully tuned in. Between those moments, keeping students and alumni connected gets much harder.

The alumni database the inbox can't quite reach.

You have the names, the emails, the relationships. Campaign updates, event invitations, fundraising messages and sport news are all competing for attention in the same crowded inbox.

The community that lives on platforms you don't control.

Your sport clubs build genuine community on social media, and most of that engagement happens somewhere the institution doesn't own the audience, the data or the experience.

What changes

What changes when an institution runs on Fanzava.

A weekly habit built around your fixture calendar.

Prediction leagues and brackets run to the rhythm of the season: the tournament windows, the varsity matches, the fixtures your community already follows. Students and alumni come back every week for something they already care about.

An alumni channel they actually open.

When the weekly bracket email is the one alumni open, the announcements you tuck inside it (events, giving campaigns, sport news) land where people are already paying attention.

First-party data on a community you usually only see in moments.

Every signup, every weekly engagement, every prize claim, captured by you and owned by you. The kind of direct relationship with students, alumni and supporters that's hard to build through any other channel.

How it works

Built for the way institutions operate.

Branded with your institution's identity. Run brackets for tournaments, prediction leagues for the whole season, or both. Link it from your existing student or alumni portal via SSO if you have one, or run it as a standalone hub. Leaderboards across year groups and departments.

Designed for institutions like yours.

Coming soon: real customers, named as they arrive.

Pricing

Pricing and access.

Smaller institutions and individual departments start free and move to a paid plan when they want their own branding. Sport departments and institution-wide rollouts run on an enterprise licence with white-label, dedicated support and integration with your existing systems.

Due diligence

Questions institutions ask.

Can we run tournament brackets, such as a World Cup bracket, for our students and alumni?

Yes. Brackets are core to the platform, for any tournament structure: the World Cup, the Champions League, the FA Cup, Wimbledon or your own university's intercollegiate cup. Run them as standalone brackets or alongside season-long prediction leagues.

Does it fit inside our existing student or alumni portal?

Through one of two routes. The hub runs on a custom domain (for example, predictor.youruniversity.ac.uk) that can be linked from your existing portal, with SSO carrying users across without a separate login. For deeper integration straight into portal templates, full API access from Pro upwards lets your IT team render leaderboards with your existing front-end framework.

Can we use the weekly emails for alumni giving and event communications?

Yes. Weekly emails support configurable announcement blocks, so you can tuck giving campaign updates, event invitations, sport announcements or alumni news into the email your community already opens. The announcement sits alongside the predictor content; both arrive in the same email.

How do you handle privacy and where student data is stored?

Enterprise supports data residency in Australia or the European Union (a United States region is on the way): your students' and alumni's data lives on disks in the region you nominate. Multi-tenant isolation is built into the architecture; no query, API or background job returns data across hubs without explicit authorisation.
