For trade suppliers

Turn your trade customers into a community that comes back every week, and gives you a new place to run product promotions.

Plumbing and heating, building materials, motor factors, industrial wholesale. Fanzava builds a branded national prediction league for your trade customers, with regional leaderboards, real prizes and a weekly engagement surface you can use to promote product, run offers and bring co-suppliers along for the ride.

The challenge

You know this challenge.

The trade incentive programme that's mostly a discount.

Volume rebates, points schemes, stocked-product offers: the standard playbook. They work commercially, and they don't give the trade a reason to feel anything about your brand in particular.

Channel competition that's getting harder, not easier.

The trade has more options than it used to. Switching costs are low. The relationship that used to come from the rep visiting site now has to be built through the brand itself.

The product promotion that ends up as a page in the catalogue.

Push promotions, supplier specials, multi-buy offers, tool of the month: the trade gets dozens of them. Most arrive as a catalogue page or an email blast and compete for attention with everything else the trade ignores.

What changes

What changes when a trade supplier runs on Fanzava.

A national prediction league for your trade customers.

Branded with your identity, run across your full trade base, with regional and trade-category leaderboards. The trade competes against the trade, not against the manufacturer.

A weekly surface to promote product through.

Every gameweek can carry a featured product, a supplier promotion, a multi-buy push or a tool of the week. Promotions run inside an experience the trade actually opens, not at the bottom of a pile of flyers.

First-party data on customers you usually only see through merchants.

Every signup, every weekly engagement, every prize claim. The kind of direct relationship with trade customers that's been hard to build through the merchant channel.

How it works

Built for the way trade programmes operate.

Full white-label: your brand, your domain, your email. Plug into your existing trade rewards or loyalty scheme. Regional and trade-category breakdowns. Feature several suppliers across gameweeks, prizes and promotions. Capacity for national trade audiences.

Designed for trade programmes like yours.

Coming soon: real customers, named as they arrive.

Due diligence

Questions trade marketing teams ask.

Can we run regional leagues alongside the national leaderboard?

Yes. Set up a Group per region (nation, county, postcode area) or per trade (plumbers, electricians, builders), and the platform delivers regional and trade-level leaderboards alongside the national one. Trade customers see their regional standing, their national standing and their trade standing; head office sees all of it.

Can we feature product promotions and multi-buy offers inside the experience?

Yes. Sponsor and promotion placements run across leaderboards, gameweek reminder emails, results emails, the weekly digest, interstitials after a prediction is made and mobile banners. Set up promotion gameweeks in the admin panel (featured product, supplier promotion, multi-buy push, tool of the week) with creative uploaded directly. Enterprise unlocks programmatic ad serving through DV360 and Google Ad Manager for trade programmes that already run programmatic.

Can we link predictor participation to our existing trade rewards scheme?

Yes, via webhook. Every signup, weekly engagement event, milestone and prize claim fires a webhook into your trade rewards engine, and you award points or tier credit under your existing rules. Your rewards mechanics stay where they are; Fanzava feeds the engagement signal in.

How do you handle data residency and privacy for our trade customers?

Enterprise supports data residency in Australia or the European Union (a United States region is on the way): trade customer data lives on disks in the region you nominate. Multi-tenant isolation is built into the architecture; no query, API or background job returns data across hubs without explicit authorisation. Audit logging, IP allowlisting and SSO are standard on Enterprise.
