For franchise networks
Run one competition across every location and watch the network actually feel like a network.
Franchisors of any size. Fanzava builds a branded competition that runs across every location in the same week, with a national leaderboard, location-vs-location standings, and the kind of friendly internal competition that turns a scattered network into a connected one.

The challenge
You know this challenge.
A network where the locations don't quite know each other.
Same brand, same storefront, same standards. The locations are all doing their own version of a good job, and most of them are doing it without much sense of what's happening at the location two towns over, let alone two states.
The internal initiative that takes a campaign to launch.
Sales contests, training challenges, customer-acquisition pushes: they work, and every one is a project. Brief the agency, build the microsite, chase the participation, write the wrap report. By the time it's live, the energy has gone out of it.
The location-level engagement you can't quite see.
Corporate knows revenue. Corporate knows compliance. Corporate has a harder time knowing which locations feel like a team and which ones feel like a job, and that gap matters, because the answer usually shows up in the revenue six months later.
What changes
What changes when a network runs on Fanzava.
A weekly competition that runs across the whole network.
Same competition, same week, every location. National leaderboard. Location-vs-location standings. The conversation between locations happens by itself.
A culture engine that doesn't need a campaign.
Once it's live, it runs on the rhythm of the schedule. No quarterly relaunch, no agency brief, no chasing locations to take part.
Network-level engagement data, finally.
Which locations take part. Which locations dominate. Which locations need a nudge. The kind of soft-engagement metric a franchisor has never had a clean number on.
How it works
Built for the way networks operate.
Branded with your network's identity. One central competition, location-level breakdowns, national leaderboard. Managed from corporate, no location-level admin required. Scales from a handful of locations to a national network.
Designed for networks like yours.
Coming soon: real customers, named as they arrive.
Pricing
Pricing and access.
Smaller networks start on the Pro plan and sign up themselves through the website. Larger networks, typically 50+ locations, run on an enterprise license with white-label, dedicated support, and network-level reporting.

Due diligence
Questions networks ask.
Can we see location-level participation and standings?
Yes. Configure a Group per location, region, or any other operational cut, and the platform delivers location-level leaderboards, location-vs-location standings, and location-by-location participation reporting. Corporate sees everything; each location sees its own standing in the network.
Do location managers need to do any admin, or does it all run from corporate?
Corporate runs everything. The hub admin role covers competition setup, branding, prizes, player management, and reporting; locations don't need any admin involvement. Delegated location-level moderation (giving a location manager limited admin rights over their own location's group) is on the roadmap for networks that want that pattern.
Can the same competition run across different sports per region?
Yes. Run separate competitions per region, one region on the NFL, another on the NBA, a third on MLB, all inside one hub, all from one corporate login. Growth runs five concurrent competitions; Pro and above are unlimited.
What does the rollout look like for a network of our size?
The platform itself stands up quickly: a hub with branding, locations configured, and a competition live can be done in days. The total timeline depends on your network's configuration and sign-off process: branding sign-off, location onboarding, competition rules.
