No price row: the cards above carry it. rpm is requests per minute. Free carries the Fanzava watermark by design. Every paid tier is white label. Professional-services quotes and roadmap items are never listed here.
Add players
Most platforms force you to upgrade the moment you hit your participant cap. Fanzava doesn't. If your competition takes off and you need room for more players, pay for the extra players and stay on your plan. Upgrade when it actually makes sense, not when the system forces you to.
Capacity is one continuous curve, the tiers are just feature checkpoints along it. Add players in blocks of 50 at your plan's rate. Billing uses exact derived seat rates; amounts below are rounded for display.
| Segment | Per block of 50 |
|---|---|
| Starter → Growth | A$8.67 |
| Growth → Pro | A$8.00 |
| Pro → Scale | A$6.40 |
| Above Scale | A$6.40, no ceiling |
The slider is on every paid plan. Free is hard-capped at 25, no slider. Past 1,000 players there's no wall, seats continue at A$0.13 each while an Enterprise conversation starts in parallel. Enterprise capacity is negotiated at contract.
You set the ceiling. Hubs cap add-player spend in Admin Settings. It starts at one tier step of headroom, moves to any figure you like, or goes to zero so nothing is ever charged automatically. Hit your limit and new joins are blocked. No runaway bills.
Example Starter hub growing to 200 players
| Starter base plan | A$39 |
| 2 blocks of 50 players, at A$8.67 each | A$17.33 |
| Total this month | A$56.33 |
Still on Starter, still cheaper than Growth. Reach 250 players and you flip to Growth (A$65) automatically, same price, features on.
Shown at monthly rates, inc GST.
Seasonal
Not everyone wants a year-round subscription. Buy one sport for one season, or a standalone bracket for one event. Pay once, fully white-label, and it never renews on you.
One sport, one full season, including that sport's finals or playoff bracket.
A standalone knockout bracket for a single event, priced at parity with the Season Pass by band.
| Band | One-off price | Equivalent annual plan |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 100 tippers | A$309 | Starter, A$390/yr |
| Up to 250 tippers | A$519 | Growth, A$650/yr |
| Up to 500 tippers | A$839 | Pro, A$1,050/yr |
| Up to 1,000 tippers | A$1,349 | Scale, A$1,690/yr |
Move to any annual plan while your season is still running and the full pass fee is credited against it. Buy the 250 band at A$519, convert before the season ends, and you pay A$131 to reach Growth annual — the same A$650 an annual customer pays. The credit ends with the season.
A competition that stops accepting people in round three is no competition. Move up a band whenever you need to, charged the full difference between the two, never pro rata. Start at 100 and move to 250 and you pay A$309 then A$210, which is exactly what the 250 band costs up front. Guessing low costs you nothing, and it saves you nothing either.
Your branding, leaderboards, final standings and shareable links stay live for as long as you want them, at no cost. New signups, tipping and new competitions stop until you come back. Reactivating is a purchase: next season at the band price, or go year-round on an annual plan.
Year-round play, a second sport, custom domains, own-domain email, CRM and chat integrations, API access, AI round recaps, embedded dashboards, automated prizes and the add-tippers slider all live on the annual plans.
All prices in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST.
Enterprise
For the buyers who need more than a sign-up form.
FAQ
A working hub, up to 25 participants, one competition at a time, and access to the core product: leaderboards, groups, Banter Board, basic analytics. Your branding is limited to logo and colour, and there's a small Fanzava watermark in the footer. When you outgrow it, upgrading to Starter is one click. No re-setup, no lost data.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, you're prorated for the rest of the billing cycle and the new features unlock straight away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current cycle, so you don't lose anything you've already paid for. Your data, your competitions, and your audience stay in place either way.
Nothing breaks. The competition stays in your hub as a completed event, the leaderboard archives, and your participants remain your participants. Start the next one whenever you want, same hub, same branding, same audience.
You pay for twelve months upfront at the discounted rate, which works out to two months free every year. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the new plan is prorated for the remainder. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. No auto-renewal surprises, we email you a reminder thirty days before renewal.
Yes. Every plan is available on monthly billing at the full monthly rate, the annual discount is optional. You can change your billing cadence at your next renewal.
You keep going on paid plans. Capacity is one continuous curve: add players in blocks of 50 at your plan's rate (A$8.67 across Starter→Growth, A$8.00 across Growth→Pro, A$6.40 across Pro→Scale). Billing uses the exact derived seat rates; the page rounds for display. When your paid capacity reaches the next tier's cap, your hub flips to that tier automatically, the features switch on, and the price doesn't jump, because the curve has no step at the boundary. Your spend cap starts at one tier step of headroom, so a Starter hub can reach Growth on its own and no further. Set it to any figure you like, or set it to zero and nothing is ever charged automatically. Free is hard-capped at 25 with no slider. Past 1,000 players there's no wall, seats continue at A$0.128 each while an Enterprise conversation begins in parallel.
Fanzava bills in Australian dollars (AUD), and every price on this page is in AUD and includes GST. Your tax invoice shows the GST component. Localized list prices in USD, GBP, and EUR are deferred until those rates are confirmed, so switching the display currency is not available yet.
Not as a standard offer. Start on Free, with no credit card. If your non-profit, school or club needs more than Free gives you, talk to our team and we'll work out what fits.
From inside your hub, Billing → Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of your paid period, then the hub automatically moves to Free (where it stays, with your data preserved at Free-tier limits). No retention calls, no cancellation forms, no friction. You can reactivate by upgrading again whenever you want.
You can run just one. A Season Pass covers a single sport for a single season, including that sport's finals bracket, and a Bracket Pass covers a standalone knockout event at the same price. Both are one-off purchases: bought once, used once, no subscription and no auto-renew. Bands run A$309 for up to 100 players, A$519 to 250, A$839 to 500, and A$1,349 to 1,000 — about 80% of the equivalent annual plan. Fill your band mid-season and you can move up at any time, charged the full difference between the two bands. If you convert to an annual plan while your season is still running, the full pass fee is credited against it. Seasonal pricing is indicative for now and shown in AUD.
It holds, and it holds indefinitely. Your branding, leaderboards, final standings, player list and shareable links all stay live and stay shareable for as long as you want them, at no cost. What stops is everything operational: no new signups, no tipping, no new competitions, and nobody joins a held hub until you reactivate it. Reactivating is a purchase, either next season at the current band price or an annual plan for year-round play. Returning players carry over as invited and only count toward your band once they re-join, so consent is fresh each season.
Pick a plan, spin up your hub, and invite your audience. Free to start, upgrade when it makes sense, cancel when it doesn't.
