For staff social clubs
Run the club's whole sporting year from one hub.
A bracket for the Open in January, footy tipping from March, Origin in winter, a finals bracket in September and a Melbourne Cup sweep in November. One branded hub for the social committee, with your logo and your colours on it.

The challenge
You know this one.
A new spreadsheet for every event.
The Open bracket lives in one file, footy tipping in another and the Cup draw on a whiteboard. By winter the committee is looking after five things and nobody remembers which is which.
Volunteers with a day job.
Social committee members run the club in their lunch breaks. Anything that needs a results update every Sunday night gets dropped by round six.
Staff who join once and drift.
A one-off sweep fills the kitchen and then goes quiet. There is nothing to bring people back between events, so the next one starts from nothing.
What changes
What changes when the committee runs on Fanzava.
One hub, one sign-up.
Staff join the club's hub once and enter whichever comps they like. The committee keeps one invite link, one set of branding and one list of people instead of a new setup for every event.
Fixtures and scoring run themselves.
AFL and NRL fixtures, results and scoring come from the live data feed. Tipping closes at kick-off and the leaderboard updates on its own, so nobody types results in on a Sunday night.
Prizes without handling money.
Set the prize for a comp, a group or a finishing position, and Fanzava tracks the winners and tells them. The club funds and hands out its own prizes.
The sporting year
A calendar that fills itself.
Every event below runs from the same hub. Pick the ones that suit your people; nobody needs all of them.
- January An Australian Open bracket. Our team builds the bracket from the draw and records each result, and scoring and the leaderboard update automatically from there.
- March to September AFL and NRL tipping, from Round 1 to the finals, with the fixtures and results taken care of.
- From March AFL draft and Formula 1 fantasy leagues. Both are on the waitlist, and you can join it from the fantasy pages.
- May to July State of Origin. The three games sit alongside the NRL season, so decide up front how your NRL comp treats the Origin rounds and tell everyone, or run a short pick-the-winner sheet for the series. Either way, the leaderboard turning upside down starts a conversation and not an argument.
- September Finals. Tip each week through the AFL and NRL finals, then run a bracket for the last four sides once the preliminary finals are set.
- October to November The Rugby World Cup in Australia, 1 October to 13 November 2027. Our team can build a bracket for the knockout rounds and record each result.
- November The Melbourne Cup sweep. Draw it in your browser with the free sweep generator.
How it works
Built for a volunteer committee.
Invite people with a link, by email or with a CSV upload, and put the QR code for a group's invite link on the noticeboard. Groups for departments, offices or states give every comp a rivalry, and they come with the paid plans. Add as many hub admins as the committee has members, and appoint moderators to review flagged banter in their own group. Your logo and colours go on every screen and email, and the paid plans take the Fanzava watermark off.

Pricing
Pricing and access.
Most clubs start on the Free plan to try one event, then move to a paid plan for brackets, prizes, groups and their own branding. A club that spans a whole large employer, with SSO, a data region or invoiced billing in the picture, runs on an enterprise licence.

Due diligence
Questions social committees ask.
What can a social committee run across a year?
Brackets for knockout events like the Australian Open and the Rugby World Cup, tipping for AFL and NRL, a Melbourne Cup sweep, and a finals bracket once the preliminary finals are set. Everything sits on one hub under the club's branding. Fantasy leagues are on the waitlist.
Can we set up groups for departments, offices or states?
Yes. Groups are persistent segments of the hub. Each group has its own leaderboard, and each comp ranks the groups against each other. Groups come with the paid plans, and the number you can run grows with the plan.
How do staff join the club's hub?
A hub admin shares an invite link, invites people by email or uploads a CSV of emails. People join when they accept the invitation. A group's invite link also comes with a QR code you can print for the noticeboard.
Will staff see Fanzava branding?
From Starter the Fanzava watermark comes off, so staff see the club's logo and colours. A custom domain and email sent from your own address start on Pro. Before that the hub sits at a fanzava.com address and sends from a Fanzava email domain.
Can the committee run State of Origin?
Run it as a pick-the-winner sheet for the three games, and decide how your NRL comp treats the weeks the series is on. Fanzava's NRL tipping covers the club season and scores every round at the same weight, so the choices are to play on as normal or to tell people to save their jokers for those weeks.
