How it all works.
The pages below answer most of what operators ask before they run a competition, from how a sport's season shapes your scoring to what your IT team will want to see.
- Sport and market pages One page per competition: how its season runs, what that does to your scoring rules, and the questions organisers of that sport ask. Grouped by the market it's played in.
- Season Pass and Bracket Pass When a one-off pass beats a year-round plan, how the season window works, and what happens to your hub when the season ends.
- Platform comparisons How Fanzava compares with the platforms organisers most often move from, including what each of them does well.
- How tipping works Rounds, locks, scoring and leaderboards, and what a season looks like from your tippers' side of the screen.
- How brackets work Filling in a knockout bracket, when it locks, how later rounds score more, and what the field sees once it does.
- Security for your IT team How participant data is protected, where it is stored, and what to forward to a procurement or security review.
Docs for your hub.

- Quickstart From sign-up to your first round: create the hub, set up a competition and invite people.
- Scoring Where each scoring setting lives, how a tip’s points are worked out and how to change scoring mid-season.
- Lock policies and late tips When each game locks, the grace period and what happens to a game someone did not tip.
- White-label setup Your logo, colours and address, so the hub looks like yours from the first page.
Questions about these resources.
Are the free tools really free?
Yes. They run in your browser with no signup, and nothing you type is sent anywhere. Print the result, or copy a link that carries the whole thing with it.
What is the difference between a free tool and a Fanzava hub?
A tool gives you a bracket, a draw or a fixture list to print or share. A hub runs the competition itself: people sign up, picks lock at each start time, results score a leaderboard and reminders go out, all under your brand.
Where do I find setup help for my hub?
In the product documentation at docs.fanzava.com, which covers scoring, lock policies, brackets, branding and billing step by step. Hub admins can also raise a question from the Help button there.
I have drawn a bracket with the bracket maker. How do I run it as a competition?
Set it up as a bracket competition on a Fanzava hub. Participants fill in every matchup before the lock, and each result rescores every bracket and the leaderboard. Brackets are on every paid plan from Starter, or on a Bracket Pass for a single event.
What are the guides?
Straight answers to what organisers ask before they run a competition, like how to run a Melbourne Cup sweep or a footy tipping comp. Each guide sits at one undated address and is refreshed every season, so a link you share this year still works next year.
Which sports do the sport and market pages cover?
Every competition with a page on the sports index, grouped by the market it is played in, plus format pages for brackets and confidence tipping that work across codes.
